OTBL hot tub regular Jack Bauer asked the following question today regarding his school board campaign enemies:
"How low can they go?"

Someone asked me today..."Have you ever seen a drowning cat?" I said no... and neither did they, but the analogy can be applied to Jack Bauer. You don't like the water...things aren't looking good for you in the water...but instead of smooth and steady crawl strokes to get you out of the water, you begin to frantically flail- inhaling more and more water...before you finally loose total control right before the end. Jack is drowning-let's all sit back and enjoy.
