Mandatory Gratuity v. The Teachers' Union

This morning I ran into this editorial cartoon that seems to follow with some on the discussion below concerning public- and private-school teacher pay and benefits. What do you think?

Feral Cats Invade The Border Line!!!

Until I saw this, I was taking the libertarian stance on the feral cat thing. In my neighborhood, it's not the cats that are the problem -- it's the skunks! Are cats covered by the 2nd Amendment?
