I guess it would be safe to say that the OTBL gang doesn't put as much influence or fear into the community as they'd like to think. I'd also like to see one of the OTBL's when they need to go to one of the people on the list for service they badly need, like a loan or a car repair. I would imagine they put on the happy face and hope to god the provider doesn't know who they are.

Did you also see the huge yellow banner hanging over the main drag downtown by Mickelsons drug?
I wonder if the vouture pusher/Puller and the north hudson village idiot will threaten a boycott of these businesses too.

Don't forget that most of the OTBLers
are entrepenuers. If they ever boycotted a community suportive business they might think about the boomerage effect.
Besides, no business is going to loose money if 10 patrons buy their Kool Aid at another convenience store.

Gosh Canrac, what if one of them (God forbid!) needs to enroll one of their kids in a public school?!?

Ouch!!

Will I get a late night phone call if I've signed up for the Wisconsin Do Nut Call List?

I already have all the holiday nutcases (I mean cases of holiday nuts) that I need.

The "Yes" group obviously paid the city fee to have the banner hung for one week. The "No" side could have done the same thing but didn't think quickly enough. They, of course, are crying foul and will accuse the city of being in on the plot. (I haven't seen this yet, but I assume its in the normal downtown banner spot across Second Street)

OTBL is really cheapshoting, all of a sudden they seem to be out of steam and desparate for somebody to hear their message, its funny but sad.

And I'm still feeling pretty strongly about "yes" being victorious on Tuesday.

Looks like the OTBL gang jumped all over the banner, I hope the city followed policy which is established or this one will go on longer then the threat letter saga. Personally, I like a little color downtown during the holidays, and the vote "no" faction could have made a banner too as long as the banner maker had spell check.
