Ziller-Feingold Act Introduced in Congress

Sen. Russ Feingold (D-WI) and Senator Bob Ziller (R-WI) introduced a new bill on the Senate floor today. Entitled the "Ziller-Feingold Act," this bipartisan legislation will abolish the U.S. Department of Education, and allow for oil drilling in ANWR.
