USA Today/Gallup Poll: President Bush's approval rating has slumped to 31%, the lowest of his presidency and a warning sign for Republicans in the November elections.

New York Times/CBS Poll: Bush's overall job approval rating hit another new low, 31 percent, tying the low point of his father. That is the third lowest approval rating of any president in 50 years.
