The conspiracy widens, the plot thicks and the evidence mounts. I was flying over town in my black helicopter and I swear I saw Charlie Grant putting different colored pieces of duct tape on differnt color cars. I know I won't read about this in the HSO, so I will continue to monitor the OTBL blog site...the only true source of truth in the valley.

No problem, I'll just take this ticket to Mr. Mayor Bro and he'll "take care of it" if'n you know what I mean. Any guy who can put his puffy pink face up all over town, knows how to deal with police officers who don't tow the line.
