OTBL Blog Part Of Changing Society
Letter to Editor: Blog provides outlet for communicating
...As long as blogs allow people to post with pseudonyms instead of real names, misinformation and hyperbole will continue. Anyone can sign on and post to the blogs, so if one takes affront get in there and straighten them out...
Bob Ziller Letter in New Richmond News 4/9/2006
(The anonymous blogger discussed goes by the name of Jack Bauer.)
After disappearing from the borderline blog for a week or so -- apparently having heart removal surgery -- Jack Bauer returned to post again. Ziller's initial response is above.
They say "two heads are better than one."
Is it also true that two faces are better than one?
Maybe Bob can answer that one...

Mr. Ziller has quite the conflicted opinion of ontherborderline.net.
As you pointed out he will critique their craziness then go right back there and join in the gratuitous back splapping with his Republican blogger buddies. Welcome back Jack indeed.
Ziller also seems to thing there's an extraordinary brain trust lurking behind the keyboards of the ontheborderline crew. As he states:
"There are some really sharp people ontheborderline.net"
In my year and a half or reading their internet gossip rag the only thing I've discovered to be sharp over there are their tongues, not their wits. If Ziller doesn't want to be associated with OTBLs extremist radical fruitcake wingnut worldview, I'd suggest he find a new set of blogging buddies. Right now it looks like he wants to have his blog and beat it too.
Well said JPN and Grinding Wheel. Also, take note of Ziller's remark to N. Onimous about school enrollment in River Falls: "Thanks N. Onimous, I hope these stats are right cause I plan to use them on the next New Richmond referendum." So I see the Ziller Misinformation Propoganda Machine is already loading up an arsenal of manure to spread during the next attempt by New Richmond to build new schools. But, will the citizens of New Richmond buy Ziller's baloney this time around? I'm going to say "no" because they know he has been hanging around with the wrong crowd. So much for his credibility.
