A Toronto hockey dad has been found guilty of assault causing bodily harm for strangling his eight-year-old son's coach at a minor league game last year. Brad Desrocher, 48, showed little expression as he left the North York courthouse Friday.

Junta convicted of lesser charge in hockey death
CAMBRIDGE, Massachusetts (CNN) -- Jurors found Thomas Junta guilty Friday of involuntary manslaughter in the beating death of Michael Costin, 40, at a hockey practice attended by sons of both men.

Junta, 44, stood in the courtroom, his head bowed, biting his lower lip as he heard the verdict. He was led away by a bailiff.

If you listen to Paul Nelson ads you'd think Ron Kind would want to get pregnant just so he could have a partial birth adortion. Man how far overboard do you have to go for the Republican party to even criticize you r ads. They've gone really low themselves, watch the Patty Wetterling ads. I think Paul Nelson has reached a new all time low.
