Just read more that a couple posts on OTBL, then ask what do they love and where are their roots.
What more can you say.

You know, when you think about it, maybe we should really feel sorry for or dear friend Dr. Bil. After all, this is the time when all us "immoral altruists" are busy trying to find ways to bring a little cheer into the lives of others while the morally superior Dr. Bil, is slaving away in the computer dungeon churning out another mind numbing manifesto on a subject which he clearly doesn't even get the basic premise. (YES BIL, it the LOVE of money that's the root of all evil).
Of course it takes a rugged individual like our Dr. of Liberty friend to stand against all that peer pressure beckoning him to indulge in the ugly sin of altruism. But clearly Dr. Bil is showing his superior moral fortitude, is following path of a higher calling from St. Aynie Rand.
Merry Christmas Bil!

It is interesting to note that the majority of the OTBL bloggers worship money in a theorethical sense. If they actually had substantial personal wealth and earnings, they wouldn't be wasting their time on rephrasing the same old three-chord song week after week.

They remind me to one of their kindred followers I know at work. He likes to say the Democrats are all about taking money away from the rich to give to the poor. This is being said by someone who is neither rich or poor, i.e. the middle class.

It is my understanding that pretty much what the poor pays to the government in taxes comes back to them. There probably is measurable wealth transferring to the poor, but how significant is it. And is that wealth transfer coming from the rich or the middle class? My guess is the middle class.

But the border whiners worship the superheroes of wealth generation by putting down the poor and disenfranchised. Apparently the Constitution says nothing about the rich and the poor.

It is obvious that the Republican presidential race in 2008 will rely heavily on the writings of Ayn Rand arranged into the shape of a cross to represent Christianity. Maybe that is what Ron Paul was talking about, when he quoted Sinclair Lewis as saying that facism will come to the United States wrapped in a cross...
