Is this what parents are paying for to send their kids to private school?
(Note at www.ontheborderline.net they are pointing out a few of the realities of life in public school. The OTBL'ers are questioning what the get for the "$11,000" annual cost per student they allege it costs in the local school district. Keep in mind that no officials agree with the figure. Whatever the cost, there are problems in public schools. Are public schools the cause of these problems or do the problems come to school from home? A little Googling on the issues they mention shows that private schools face the same problems. Of course, the OTBL agenda is to point out the warts and scars within the public school system and ignore the fact that the same issues face private schools...but the would require "a balanced" review of the issues. Followers of the OTBL blog are more likely to associate that blog with the word "unbalanced.")

You commie liburls probably believe that the parents bear some responsiblity when our kids threaten to bring guns to school, or when they are sexually irresponsible, or when they get get busted for drugs, or for stalking and making terroristic threats to their ex-girl friends. You probably believe that teaching personal responsibility begins at home.

If you knew as much as you think you do about what goes on in this town you'd realize that St. Pat's had a bomb ( and death threat ) the same week as the middle school. So that blows your stupid ass theory of Govt.
schools being responsible for the moral decay of our youngins.
It's a sad commentary that this sort of thing should happen at any school.
In days past it might have been dismissed as a prank. But today, with the the easy accessibility of guns every potential threat must be taken seriously.
Maybe our kids should watch some more of the fine violent TV and Video game faire that the Free Market makes so abundantly.
