The PHD has released a training video used by the ontheborderline.net blog to indoctrinate it's member on how to properly exit your local school board meetings. The police obtained the video from and anonymous community member who was loitering around a dumpster outside a local school late one night. Originally the anonymous blogger said the video would bring a very large sum of money on the free market. After negotiations and a great deal of "why me" whining by the anonymous blogger, a deal with struck.
