The Science Opposing Wisconsin's Smoking Ban

A former bar owner and president of the Wisconsin Tavern League, the 69-year-old Breske recalled working in a bar that was heavy with smoke when he was a child.

Breske also refuted the main argument made by supporters of the ban, that secondhand smoke was harmful to employees and patrons in bars and restaurants who have to breathe it.
