What kind of "conservative" is Buckley if he doesn't want to start more Coka Cola plants in foreign countries?

Even Charlie Rose has better listening skills than either of these guys. Of course, they are not journalists, they are intellectuals. Never allowing the one you're conversing with to finish a
sentence must indicate highly developed intellectual skills.
