And as the much-heralded UN climate change conference opens in Copenhagen, Denmark today, a huge stormfront starts across the US, dropping heavy snowfalls from Nevada through Colorado as it makes it way across the country. Forcasters predict 10-15 inches of unseasonably heavy snowfall in Iowa and central Wisconsin as the storm makes its way towards New England.
ReplyDeleteFunny how this all works. Seems like anytime there is a significant global warming meeting, rally, cor conference, mother nature sends a reality check.
I never liked the term "lake effect snow," but I am starting to warm to the idea (no pun intended) of "Gore effect snow."
