"Capitalism is an evil, and you cannot regulate evil. You have to eliminate it and replace it with something that is good for all people and that something is democracy."
I personally think Moore is quite a clever capitalist. Like Glenn Beck and Rush Limbaugh, he knows how to pull the strings of his paying public. These guys are a prime example of what I would call "chinese finger cuff capitalism." The more the opposite side screams bloody murder, the more the murderer's fans come out. It's that ying-yang think.
Never watched a one. Life's too short to waste on such drivel.
Interestingly enough, however, I did see a trailer to the film at issue. It appears on the Drudge Report website, of all places.
Perhaps the big guy has more of a sense of humor than I have given him credit for. And enough money to throw some away on what is most likely a fruitless ad campaign.
What an absolutely inane comment.
ReplyDeleteIt would be useful if Mikhail Moore could point out even one of those non-capitalist democracies.
Or any other non-capitalist country, irrespective of political system, where the people are better off than they are in capitalist societies.
The fact is, such non-capitalist democracies do not exist -- except in the warped and fevered imaginations of collectivists.

ReplyDeleteRK, have you ever watched any of Moore's movies?
