It's always interesting to see what rights people will fight for. Over at the ontheborderline.net blog site, they seem to only care about the Second Amendment and the right to bare arms. Since President Bush is in the middle of the battle over the legality of domestic spying, they are mute on the question. More evidence of their love for Republican Kool-aid...We didn't only fight the Revolutionary War because of tax issues with Britian. The rights outlined in the Fourth Amendment were are big part of the reason.
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
